This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you subscribe to our platform, utilize the Shinigami Integrator (Automated Execution Tool), or opt in to receive our technical and administrative SMS communications.

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on our platform, complete our mandatory post-registration SignWell digital consent form, or interact with our billing portal via Whop. This information may include:

We use the information we collect strictly to operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of our platform, including:

  • Provisioning and maintaining your account.
  • Processing subscription renewals and administrative alerts.
  • Sending high-priority technical notifications, platform-wide stability alerts, and Discord service interruption warnings to your mobile device (where explicit consent has been provided).

  • All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third-party service providers (such as Whop for subscription processing or SignWell for digital signatures) who assist us in operating our business and providing service infrastructure, so long as those parties agree to keep this information strictly confidential.

5. Your Choices and Opt-Out Options

Account Deactivation: To manage or terminate your active platform subscription, you must log into your Whop account dashboard, navigate to your active memberships, and select the cancellation option.
