SMS Campaign Terms and Conditions

These SMS Campaign Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") describe the Shinigami Trades text messaging program for active members who use the Shinigami Integrator (Automated Execution Tool) and related member tools. They supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. Program name and description

Program name: Shinigami Trades Member Alerts
Service: Shinigami Trades LLC — options trading education and member tools

This program sends transactional and administrative text messages only to support operation of your member account. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS through this program.

2. Who may receive messages

Messages are sent only to individuals with an active Whop membership who have completed member onboarding, including our mandatory SignWell SMS consent form (Step 2 in the member app). You must provide a valid mobile phone number and explicit opt-in consent before we send SMS.

3. Types of messages you may receive

Depending on your account settings and activity, messages may include:

  • Critical trade alerts — when you enable critical SMS alerts and an automated trade fails, so you can review and act through your own brokerage account.
  • Auto-approve reminders — when you enable auto-approve, periodic reconfirmation reminders before a configured review date or grace period ends.
  • Technical and service notices — high-priority platform stability alerts, administrative account notices, and Discord service interruption warnings (where you have opted in).

Message content is related to your account and platform operation. We do not send bulk marketing or unsolicited promotional texts.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your settings and account activity. Most members receive few or no messages unless they enable optional alerts (such as critical trade failure SMS or auto-approve reminders) or a service event requires notification. There is no fixed daily or weekly marketing cadence.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply as charged by your mobile carrier. Shinigami Trades LLC does not charge separate fees for SMS beyond your Whop membership and applicable member tools.

6. How to opt in

Opt-in occurs when you complete the SignWell SMS consent during member onboarding (after Whop registration) and, where applicable, enable optional SMS features in your member account settings (for example, critical trade alerts or auto-approve reminders that include SMS). Consent is not transferable.

7. How to opt out

  • Reply STOP to any Shinigami Trades text message to unsubscribe from future SMS on that number. You will receive a confirmation and no further campaign messages unless you opt in again.
  • Disable optional SMS toggles in your member account settings where available.
  • Cancel your Whop membership via your Whop dashboard to end access to member tools and related notifications.

9. Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect phone numbers and consent records (including SignWell and Whop).

10. Carriers and delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network conditions.

11. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
