How do I join?

Register on Whop — that is the only way to become a member. After purchase, open the product from your Whop Hub to access Discord and member tools. Use the same email as Whop when setting up your account and complete any required consents.

How do I access Discord?

Discord access is included with your Whop membership. After subscribing, use the links in your Whop Hub to join our server. Discord invite links are not offered separately on this website.

Why can't I log in?

Access is tied to an active Whop membership. If your account appears disabled, check that your subscription is active and that you're using the same email on Whop and in your member account.

What member tools are included?

Active subscribers get access to software tools through Whop, alongside Discord and educational content. Setup guides and detailed help are available inside your Whop Hub and member account after you join — not on this marketing site.

What emails will I receive?

Transactional emails only: account verification, password reset, and optional service reminders. You opt in at sign-up and can manage preferences in your member account. We do not send unsolicited marketing email.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Account verification emails are required for sign-up. For optional notifications, update your preferences in your member account or contact support@shinigamitrades.com to opt out of non-essential messages.
