These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to https://shinigamitrades.com, member tools (including software accessed through Whop), and related services operated by Shinigami Trades LLC ("Shinigami Trades," "we," "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Education service
Shinigami Trades is an education service that provides learning content, Discord community access, and member tools for subscribers. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
2. No investment advice
All content — including Discord examples, documentation, and discussions — is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing we provide is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should consult qualified professionals as needed.
3. Risk disclosure
Trading options and other securities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
4. Membership and access
Membership is available only through Whop. Access to member tools and our Discord server requires an active Whop subscription unless otherwise agreed. Member tools are not offered for direct public registration — you must register on Whop and open the product from your Whop Hub. You must use the same email on Whop and in your member account. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for non-payment.
5. Your brokerage account
You connect and maintain your own brokerage account. Where you use optional member tools, you authorize order submission only as you configure and approve. We are not responsible for broker outages, rejections, or account-level restrictions.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or APIs
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or market manipulation
- Misrepresent your identity or membership status
7. Email and communications
By registering, you consent to receive transactional emails required to operate your account. Optional notifications are subject to your preferences in member account settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Intellectual property
Content, software, and branding are owned by Shinigami Trades LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use member tools for personal educational use during an active membership.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shinigami Trades LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be posted on this page.
